The project is an expansion on to an existing 16,670 sf structure located at 1850 outer traffic circle.

The existing structure’s 20,015 sf interior is to be demolished and renovated and 1,214 sf of infill additions to a service area with vehicle lifts, parts storage, handwash bay. with technician break, locker and restrooms, new sprinkler system to be installed per code requirements.

The new 15,029 sf two story expansion structure located at 1855 N. Lakewood Blvd. to include a new showroom, service drive, and vehicle elevator.
